"Quick help from support"
I reached out about a booking issue and they got back to me fast. Didn’t have to go through a bunch of back and forth either, which was nice. They fixed it and I was relieved because I was expecting it to take longer, so yeah...

"Works fine, but feels a little clunky"

"Not sure I picked the best option, but it worked out"
I used travala to book a hotel, and it was just okay. A few places looked available at first, but then disappeared once I clicked on them, which made me wonder if I was doing something wrong or if I should’ve just tried another site. I did end up finding a room eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, not terrible, not amazing...

"Felt safe booking with Travala"
I’ve used Travala.com a couple of times now. No strange payment stuff. No booking issues either. Confirmations came through fast, which helped. I was a little unsure the first time since I usually stick to the bigger travel sites, but it all went smoothly. Had one question and support actually got back to me. So yeah. I feel comfortable using it now.

I booked my hotel through the Travala app it was super easy. The search loaded quickly, payment went through without any trouble, and my booking showed up right away. Really appreciate how smooth the whole process was. I didn’t run into any issues and I’d definitely use it again.

"Rewards are actually worth it if you book a lot"
I’ve booked with travala a handful of times now, the loyalty rewards have been better than I expected. I got some givebacks after my bookings, and at first I thought it would be small, but it actually starts to add up.
I was going to say the prices are the main reason I use them, actually, the rewards are probably what make me check travala first now. The prices have been fair for me too, and while it’s not perfect every single time, overall I’ve been really happy with the value...

Booked a hotel and, yeah, what I appreciated was the price didn’t suddenly change when I got to checkout. The taxes and fees were already shown clearly before I paid, so I wasn’t sitting there like, wait, where did that extra charge come from? Just a straightforward booking, honestly. Nothing fancy, just... easy

Travala.com’s prices are okay, and sometimes they do come out cheaper, but not always. I found better deals on other sites a few times, so I ended up having to compare everything myself, which is kind of annoying extra work. It’s worth checking, just don’t assume it’s always the best price...

"Decent stay, but not really 4-star"
Booked this through travala and yeah, it was kind of a mixed bag. The room did look pretty much like the photos, but in person it felt a bit tired and worn around the edges. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner too, honestly. Bed was comfy enough though, and check-in was easy, no drama there. It wasn’t a bad stay or anything, just didn’t really feel like a 4-star place to me. I’d maybe book again, but I’d probably dig through more reviews first.

"Booking started out easy, but I’m less sure now"
Booking the hotel was quick and hassle-free at first, which I appreciated. But after going through it, a few little things left me not feeling as confident as I expected, so my trust in the process definitely took a bit of a hit
